1. Shipping Within Germany

  • Free Standard Delivery for Orders Over €300 (Excl. VAT):
    Orders above €300 qualify for free standard shipping, delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Orders Below €300 (Excl. VAT):
    A €5 flat rate is charged for standard delivery (2 to 4 business days).

2. Shipping to Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Iceland

  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    €15 per order (standard international shipping, 5 to 10 business days)

  • Customs and Duties:
    Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their respective countries.
    UNI-TREND Technology EU GmbH does not collect or prepay these charges.

3. Shipping to Malta

  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    €40 per order (standard international shipping, 5 to 10 business days)

4. Landgroup B – €15 Flat Rate

Countries included:

  • Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia

  • Shipping Cost:
    €15 flat rate per order
    Standard international shipping (2 to 6 business days)

5. Landgroup C – €20 Flat Rate

Countries included:

  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden

  • Shipping Cost:
    €20 flat rate per order
    Standard international shipping (3 to 7 business days)

6. VAT Exemption and Reimbursement

  • Intra-Community Supply (EU VAT-Registered Businesses):
    EU-based businesses with a valid VAT ID may be eligible for VAT exemption, as per EU Directive 2006/112/EC.

  • To request VAT exemption:

    • Send your valid VAT number to 📧 service-eu@uni-trend.com

    • Once verified, VAT will be refunded to your original payment method.

7. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Tracking and Notifications:
    Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
    Ensure that all contact information is accurate when placing your order.

8. Acceptance of Shipping Terms

By placing an order, you agree to all shipping terms outlined above, including:

  • Shipping charges by region

  • VAT handling

  • Customer responsibility for non-EU import taxes and duties
