Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment yourself and for the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and certain personal care goods.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return under our voluntary return policy. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union and your purchase is covered by the applicable EU right of withdrawal, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

This statutory right of withdrawal is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy and is not affected by it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at service-eu@uni-trend.com.
