    Disappointed with the Approach to the Customer

    The device itself is good, but I’m disappointed with the company’s approach to customers. Additional costs were not made clear upfront, and the customer support was not helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with my experience and would think twice before choosing Uni-T again.
